Why Choose Trevor:

I was introduced to athletics when I was in middle school when my older brother started bringing me to the weight room to help me get in better shape and improve my confidence. I had always been a shy kid, largely due to being overweight, but once I started to see results, it helped me to really open up, make friends, and join sports. From that moment on, I became enthralled with fitness and health. In the years that followed, my passion for fitness only grew. This lead me to competitive powerlifting in college.

During my time as a competitive powerlifter, I intentionally gained 90 lbs, achieved elite totals in multiple weight classes, and have subsequently lost 60 lbs after stepping away from competition. I'm now in the best shape I've been in nearly 20 years. By bringing my own experiences and knowledge to coaching, I've helped 100's of clients ranging from beginners to the elite reach their goals.

I'm passionate about fitness and helping people. Their success is my success. I will bring compassion and enthusiasm to the coaching experience.
